It is my pleasure to inform you about our recent acquisition of Malden, MA based Sandstorm Enterprises. There were several factors that were critical in the selection process for this acquisition. NIKSUN was primarily focused on customer synergies, market position, the team, technology, and product extension. NIKSUN is acquiring Sandstorm for the strength and talent of its employees as well as its product leadership position in the network monitoring and phone system scanning for security.

Although for some time we will continue to offer products from NIKSUN and Sandstorm, we intend to bring to you a tightly integrated solution sometime this year. Notably, Sandstorm’s patented intellectual property and analysis algorithms will not only enrich our security offerings but also our suite of application analysis software. NIKSUN customers have been asking for many features at a faster pace; via integration of the technologies we will be able to deliver those features at a much faster rate.
